At Eccentric Molecules, we stand behind the quality and uniqueness of our products. To ensure transparency and fairness, we’ve outlined our Refunds and Returns Policy below. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and the availability of our low-priced Discovery Box, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to try the Discovery Box to experience our fragrances before purchasing full-size bottles.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
- What to Do:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- Resolution Options:
- Replacement of the damaged item(s)
- Store credit for the value of the damaged item(s)
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue by:
- Sending the correct product at no additional cost
- Providing a return label for the incorrect item, if required
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products that cannot be replaced
- Incorrect orders where replacement is not feasible
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
5. Discovery Box
Our Discovery Box is designed to give you a hands-on experience with our fragrances before committing to a full-size purchase. As this is a sampler product, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
