I love this scent so much! Pine trees, hot summer days, hiking--it's all there. Sometimes when I hike in Griffith Park, I smell this scent on the breeze. I give this 5 stars for the actual smell, but it doesn't last long, especially on the skin. I spray it on my clothes to make it last longer.

Loving this cashmeran molecule scent in my first full wearing of it today. I received a bunch of samples a couple days ago and this was the last one I tried. I did fall in love with another one, Milky Musk, and ordered a full bottle. BUT, I think I will have to buy a full bottle of this at some point. Cashmeran is a good name for the molecule. I am no good at describing notes & scents, but cashmere does come to mind. To me this smells like fuzzy, warm, milky, musky light caramel sort of. It is not heavy, it's light and transparent. I wore it on a 90 degree day in Florida heat and didn't feel smothered when going outside.

I didn't think it was possible to capture the smell of hot Mediterranean summer sitting under the pines looking out at the sea, but this is it! I wear this because it makes me feel like I'm somewhere else, but also because it plays well on my skin. Smells fresh and has just enough intrigue without being overpowering, which is what I prefer in a perfume.

This perfume really caught me by surprise. It took a long time to try it because I assumed it's all totally synthetic, so it scared me a bit. I'm glad I gave it a shot. It's so nice! At first it smelled like something bright and tangy, like lemon, with a weird ethereal sandalwood. Some spice to it, like black pepper and maybe even ginger. Then flowers. Definitely rose and possibly something more fresh like peony or something? After that it becomes more humid and even tropical, more sandalwood focused. For synthetic sandalwood, I love this, to be honest. I used two sprays from a sample vial, and it's been going strong in a ghostly way for several hours.

This smells amazing. Beautiful. Light. Floral. Fresh. Creamy. Definitely a skin scent, very intimate.

I'm usually very verbose, with an inability to summarize anything. However, as much as I try to think of something more to write, there is simply one phrase that sums this up for me: an edgier version of Annick Goutal, Hadrien Absolu. The end. PS I don't get vetiver; I get sultry, green Tuscany lemons. Mmmm.

This scent is dry, woody, and one of the most unusual smells I have ever experienced.

Mmmmmm, vetiver. I love the vague nostril-itch it gives me, like when I pick up the rich smell of skunk-spray from far off (I'm not kidding, I love it). This one seems to have no opening, but within several minutes settles into a greenish, soft lemon peel sauteed in ghee, lending it a buttery roundness. I compulsively bury my nose into my arm all day to smell it. It's as good as they say.

If you like vetiveryl acetate, you will love this. It smells just like the synth-y note in DS&Durga's I Don't Know What, because it's the same stuff, just without that distracting iso e super and bergamot.

This fragrance is very interesting, it's not a strong immediate scent, BUT it does linger on my skin. It's very clean with a hint of cologne. The way the fragrance wear reminds me of Byredo Mojave Ghost, very light fresh on initial application, but it develops over time. I had a hard time smelling this on myself, but on my clothes, I could smell the fragrance. I will definitely be purchasing the full Like falling in love with sea salt. It's so briny, all drenched and marine. Wears delicately close to the skin, right where everyone else wants to be once they catch the scent of it.

I appreciated this scent in that it does have an amazing ability to change in scent throughout the day. I was guided to this scent through a personal favorite of mine (I don’t know what by DS and Durga). In conclusion, good fragrance not great.

I'm a big skin scent person, so I really like this. It's salty, somewhat fresh, but also reminiscent of sweat or just plain human skin, so I guess I was lucky that it agreed with my skin's chemistry and I'm able to actually smell it on myself. A great layering scent to take something stronger to the next level. The sample atomizer does suck, I will say. it's a bit difficult to get it to work. Would purchase a smaller size of this.

For reference, my holy grail MFK Baccarat Rouge 540.

I perceived a clean, fresh scent from this Eccentric 01. Subtle when you want to smell good but not overpower a room. You will receive compliments and asked what smells so good!

I was initially upset with this purchase. It smelled like nothing with a hint of rubbing alcohol. Came back to the bottle a few weeks later, and voila - it was an entirely new scent. This cologne makes me want to smell myself over and over. It’s hard to describe. If you’re reading reviews after purchase thinking “this smells like nothing”, just wait…

The smell is faint and slightly chemically. I can't even describe what I'm smelling.

This scent is... perfect. It doesn't smell of anything it just smells good. I cannot wear perfumes that have musk elements, because my skin eats everything except even the gentlest musk and blares that forth in an animalic nightmare haze. So I've never had a fragrance that gives that "my skin but better" quality before. This one does that for me, but without the whole musk horror. On me, Eccentric 01 evokes sun-dried laundry washed in scent-free soap, or a walk at dawn on a fresh spring day. It's confidence-inspiring and clean and elegant. Amazing.

Okay, I understand why people love this one! Very sandalwood leaning on me, but still had that musky "your skin, but better vibe." It does have a bit of a “woodsy” element to it, which I think is what I didn’t love about it on me. But like I said, I understand why people love it!

I can understand why this has reached cult status. Smells exactly like cedar on my skin - very clean, very fresh, and extremely wearable. It's very understated - you're not going to fill a room with this when you walk in, but that's alright by me. Perfect for the office.
